Facilitation & Feedback
I can help your training run more smoothly by facilitating parts of the day. I can set-up and de-brief the interactive roleplays, giving relevant communication-based feedback.
I can run group forums sessions or create bespoke one-to-one scenarios, unique to each participant.
Job-specific Training
I've worked with organisations including police forces and medical schools to roleplay job-specific scenarios; interviewing a suspect; diagnosing a patient. A realistic training experience with in-the-moment feedback if required.
Development Centres
I have helped run skills-focused training days to develop communication in the workplace. The focus may vary; challenging conversations; leadership skills; coaching.
Often bespoke scenarios created on the day have a great impact.
Assessments
I'm experienced at providing consistent, standardised performances where required.
This allows clients to fairly assess candidates in a variety of situations; recruitment; promotions and restructuring; tests, such as medical exams.
